Shipping
We ship orders weekly on every Monday to ensure timely delivery. All orders placed during the week will be consolidated and shipped on the following Monday. To ensure your order is included in the weekly shipment, please place your order by Sunday at 6:59 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders received after this time will be processed in the next available shipping cycle.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped domestically via your selected shipping option and typically take 5–7 business days to arrive within the United States. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and link via email to monitor its progress. You can also retrieve your shipment and order information through the customer portal page.
Shipping Delays
We understand that unexpected delays can occur due to holidays, inclement weather, or logistical challenges. While we strive to ship orders as scheduled, we reserve the right to adjust shipment dates if necessary. If a delay is anticipated, you’ll receive a notice via email with updates and next steps.
